Mina Juveler from Poland 

I'm Anna, in the internet known as "mina juveler". I live in a small village next to Warsaw, Poland, with my dog and two cats. I'm a scrapbooking addict for almost four years; I usually create layouts and art journals, but sometimes also cards and altered art projects. I love all kinds of medias and experiments with them, I love black and white (well, mostly black) and everything that shines and glitters. I don't really understand the idea of using flowers and pastel colours and generally being romantic. Sometimes I try to make something clean and simple, but I always end with a lot of medias :)

My scrapbooking is mostly about having fun with creating and trying to make something beautiful and not exactly about preserving memories so I usually use photos from my travels or everyday life. For this layout I've used a photo of an inscription I've found somewhere in Stockholm.

A friend of mine started a scrapbooking business back in South Africa in 2004 - she opened a shop on her property 3 houses away from my house, and invited me to try ... and I have been scrapbooking ever since! (Of course it did not help my budget that I had stash right at my doorstep whenever I needed anything ... ). I love bright colours, but I also love the neutral tones of browns and beiges. And I LOVE flowers - I have a huge stash of these .... but a girl can't have enough of these, right? I have been on the design team for The Paper Teapot in Christchurch for 2 years, and have been asked to remain on the the team for a 3rd year. 

I take alot of my inspiration from websites, magazines and Pinterest. I also belong to the Facebook Page "Paper People" - there is some amazing talent out there! There are a number of designers/scrapbookers who's work I also admire: Gabrielle Pollacco, Di Garling, Frank Garcia, Finnabair - just to name a few.

We moved to New Zealand in 2010, and we now live in Rolleston just outside Christchurch. I have been married to my childhood sweetheart for 25 years - and we have 2 children. My son Brendon is 22 and my daughter Nicole is 19. I have met some amazing friends through scrapbooking here in New Zealand. It is also thanks to a good friend who actually encouraged me to take up the White with 1 challenge!

My name is Annie, I am from Quebec, Canada. I share my life with the man of my dreams for over 11 years now. I have a beautiful, almost, 18 year old daughter and a son in law of 17.
I have been scrapping for over 6 years and after my first layout, I knew that I was in love with this ‘’thing’’ called scrapbooking!
Most of my layouts featured my daughter because I really like to make girly layouts with a lots of flowers, butterflies textures and mediums. I use a different colour each time I do a layout. If I had to chose my favourite colour it would probably be turquoise. 
I findd my inspiration in everything... papers, colors, pictures... If I have to chose my favourites designers/scrapbookers, I would say Jaqueline Moore, Satcy yung, Gales Price and Elena Murgan.
