Our October challenge ...

October !  Now how on earth did that happen?  This year has just sped past and I am certainly not ready to think about Christmas just yet but it is fast approaching.

Our October challenge is a serene and pretty one and one I am giving you free reign to interpret as you would like.  Think pretty delicate flowers, book pages, wood veneer, fabric. 

Please use shades of Lilac, Green or Plum Pink on a WHITE OR KRAFT background to create your layout using elements from the moodboard as inspiration.

Criteria – Free scrap

This year we will be using a base colour (or allowing you to select your own) in any variation of that one colour you might like to use - light or dark colour ranges just so long as we can tell it IS your monthly colour choice. Please follow the simple monthly criteria if there is one.

Hi my name is Natalie.

 I’ve been scrapbooking and card making for about 20 years. I really enjoy this hobby and find it very relaxing and enjoyable. As you can see by my pages. I like to incorporate multimedia and use a lot of gesso and inking on my pages.

 And suddenly we are in our final month of Winter and this year is barreling along towards yet another Christmas.  Slow down 2026!

A nice and easy challenge for your his month using black and white.  This is your opportunity to showcase some live music events, books you have been reading, music you have been listening to - the theme is Watch or Listen so whatever you think will work for that gets the green light - can't wait to see what you all come up with.

Hi there, I'm Debra. I'm now retired, but I do volunteer work 2-3 days a week. 

I'm a mother and grandmother to beautiful girls. 

I've been scrapbooking for many years, I started with Creative Memories when they started in Australia, though my style has changed since then, I also make cards and junk journals.
