Welcome to August ...

 And suddenly we are in our final month of Winter and this year is barreling along towards yet another Christmas.  Slow down 2026!

A nice and easy challenge for your his month using black and white.  This is your opportunity to showcase some live music events, books you have been reading, music you have been listening to - the theme is Watch or Listen so whatever you think will work for that gets the green light - can't wait to see what you all come up with.

Create your layout on WHITE cardstock

COLOUR – BLACK

Small amounts of black, navy may be used for contrast and we will allow green if part of a floral pattern.

WATCH or LISTEN (think movies, music or books)

This year we will be using a base colour (or allowing you to select your own) in any variation of that one colour you might like to use - light or dark colour ranges just so long as we can tell it IS your monthly colour choice. Please follow the simple monthly criteria if there is one.

In 2026 we will have one main prize each month selected by random draw.  If we have over 15 entries I will do an additional prize draw.  This is open to all entrants so anyone could be a winner.

Plus there will be a special "Admin Choice" winner who will receive an invitation to guest with us next month.
