Welcome to February ...

Welcome to 2026 and our first challenge of the year.

  Thank you for your so very much for your delightful entries over December and January - some truly lovely creative pages! 

This year we will be using a base colour (or allowing you to select your own) in any variation of that one colour you might like to use - light or dark colour ranges just so long as we can tell it IS your monthly colour choice. Please follow the simple monthly criteria if there is one.

Create your layout on WHITE cardstock

COLOUR – Select your ONE colour from the image (BLUE, ORANGE, BROWN, GREEN or YELLOW)

Criteria for February – Please use paint or ink on your layout.

The lovely Amanda Moran has decided not to continue on with the team this year and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her most sincerely for all her wonderful work and dedication to White with 1 over the years.  We hope to see her back as a participant when time allows.

The outline work of the art piece reminded me of the wireframe design of this art installation encountered in my travels. Ink = my favourite journaling pen, with orange... of course!

In 2026 we will have one main prize each month selected by random draw.  If we have over 15 entries I will do an additional prize draw.  This is open to all entrants so anyone could be a winner.

Plus there will be a special "Admin Choice" winner who will receive an invitation to guest with us next month.

All entries must be new for this challenge and the original work of the entrant. Please remember we are a layout only challenge - cards, OTP or pocket page entries (etc) are not eligible for prizes.
