Criteria for March – TRAVEL theme

Hello, my name is Phillis Walrath.  I’ve been an avid scrapbooker for 25+ years.  I am a retired school librarian and have been married for almost 30 years. I began documenting my 2 children’s lives in photos after some friends invited me to a craft day.  I also make cards and sometimes I make my own embellishments.  I have recently begun to explore junk journaling.   For me it is all about preserving the memories.  My go to embellishments are buttons, ink, and ribbon or string.  I usually start with a sketch and let the page flow from there. I now have a grandson, who is now the person I scrap the most.
