 Welcome to our April RED Moodboard.

This year we are doing things a little differently ...

 We'd love to see you take inspiration from this board and incorporate items you see and inspire you - perhaps you like a grid pattern, see circles or rectangles you'd like to use, love black and white photos, inspired by metal or keen to incorporate some scallops or sequins/beads? Whatever catches your eye please mention what inspired you on your entry.

I was inspired by the black and white grid to contrast with the colour red.

Inspired by the car grill and the rose petals.

I was initially inspired by the wire rack the doughnuts were on so I used a grid stamp for my background and some mesh. I then went searching my stash of chipboard for a street light (inspired by the one in the phone box photo). Didn't have one - I was thinking of the chipboard letterbox I do have - but I did find the dress mannequin so that inspired the choice of photos. Love the round about way this layout came together.

I was inspired by the woman’s lace dress, I loved the textures and made me think of this gorgeous flamenco dancer in Seville.

My layout inspired by the red car, the street and grid pattern also the round shape of the donuts.

Inspired by the grid (behind the donuts), the car photo and the black and white image 

 but my new car isn’t red !

Scallops (from flower petals), circles (from donuts), sequins (from dress), stripes (from donuts).

We will have two main prizes each month throughout 2021 both selected by random draw.

The first will receive a lovely prize pack courtesy of White with 1. This is open to all entrants so anyone could be a winner.

The second winner will be an AUSTRALIAN / NEW ZEALAND entrant and will receive a prize from either a monthly sponsor or one of our amazing design team. 

Plus there will be a special "Admin Choice" winner who will receive an invitation to guest with us next month.

All entries must be new for this challenge and the original work of the entrant. Please remember we are a layout only challenge - cards, OTP or pocket page entries (etc) are not eligible for prizes. Your entry must be predominantly white with the one extra colour added - small amounts of brown, navy or black may be used for contrast and we will allow green if part of a floral pattern. International entries are welcome.
