I was inspired by the wool texture in the mood board to think of booties 
. I added some soft textures with a felt cloud from Charms Creations, a felt star patch and stitching through the buttons. The balloons made me think of the sky and I found a super cute (but ancient) cloud print in my stash that I fussy cut out. This was a great stash busting layout with lots of little elements added.

"1st Haircut" - I've created my own striped background using distress crayons, washi tape and background stamping. Othere elements from my stash. I love how the colours in the photos really lift off the page.

The yarn on the moodboard was my inspiration. I knew I wanted to use the tiny little knitted baby outfit, so chose a baby photo to match, and then other baby themed ephemra pieces. I created the layout in a grid design, spreading the blue and white elements around, and finishing it off with little clusters of enamel dots and diamantes.

The light blue reminds me of the sky and a splash of water. So I mix them together with the birds flying overhead.

This is me about 10 years old. Background gesso'd, inked and then stamped, and added chippies. These are white flowers which I painted and then added some pearls.

All entries must be new for this challenge and the original work of the entrant. You may combine our challenge with a sketch challenge only - no other combining will be accepted and please remember we are a layout only challenge - cards, OTP, pocket pages etc are not eligible for prizes. Your entry must be predominantly white with the one extra colour added - small amounts of brown, navy or black may be used for contrast. International entries are welcome.
