FEBRUARY CHALLENGE

This month the criteria is courtesy of one of my fabulously talented artists Wendy Smith and it has inspired some beautiful PURE layouts.

February's Criteria:
White - dominant colour
with 1 - WHITE (thats right ...an all white layout)
with 1 - Brads and/or Eyelets
